In hospital for 2 weeks after serious accident. He visited then had a raging, screaming fit in front of the other poor women in the ward. Couldn't walk for over 6 months and he said I was just making it up, the pain etc ... I hate him

I married into this kind of family. Omg soon as I spoke up and refused to be fake , I was the scapegoat , the bad person, the person they hounded when I divorced the golden child. I brought great Shame to his family as I refused to live by their rules, their fatness and lies.

It has broken my heart as to how those children are treated. I had to also step away as she had become very abusive to me. Now I no longer can see my grandkids. All absolutely true! Hypersensitivity, hypervigilance, hyperarousal, anxiety. The sound of footsteps, doors, cars, horns, alarms, people talking, huge crowds are triggering, everything is excruciating. Mindfulness meditation, Tai Chi, B complex vitamins, nerve support supplements and a healthy diet are also helpful. Thanks for this insightful explanation and helpful advice, Danish 🙏🏻
